The front desk staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Cho and Carole, as well as the two gentlemen at the front desk whose names I unfortunately forgot—they were all fantastic! The hotel is a great budget-friendly option, and the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This was the first time I stayed in this hotel room. My second stay here, which was about two weeks after this booking, was a better experience. For my first stay, I had booked a queen-size room. However, the room felt very small. Although it was a queen-size bed, the room definitely felt smaller. In contrast, for my second stay, I had the same booking for the Superior Queen Room and had a much bigger room. There is some inconsistency there.

The front desk was clean and helpful. The room was quite big, and there was filtered water available for use. I have no complaints and enjoyed my stay there. It is a short walking distance to the nearest MRT.
