Fantastic
Awesome pool area, hot breakfast was delicious and love how they use the bar area for it. Jacuzzi tub was just what I needed 😁. Room was spacious and clean with super soft pillows. Had a great time and will definitely be back.

Below average
Had black mold coming out of the air conditioner vent on the ceiling, informed front desk and when we returned they had poorly wiped some of it off . Folded out the fold out bed and it had blood and dirty used sheets on it.

Our room was clean and organized and the staff were amazing! However the breakfast wasn’t really a hit for us, and they lacked refilling the trays so there were very little options with how busy it also was.

Overall worth the amount paid. A little run down. Breakfast was disappointing for my kiddos, no bacon. Skipped it 3/4 mornings. They made beds daily and replaced towels. Good area to be in.

Fantastic

Great
Room was fairly spacious, with decent size bed and bathroom. Neighbouring rooms were quite noisy late, plus front desk was extremely busy and slow when checking in. Extremely good location however to amenities like the island and other attractions nearby like Dollywood which was just 8 mins away. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the best time! They’re renovating so our room was brand new AND they allowed our dog to come. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
