The hotel was a disaster. The only thing working properly was the breakfast guy’s smile — clearly the hotel’s entire maintenance budget went into him. Not much of choice for breakfast, better paid outside to get more options

Staff was very good dealing

Was skeptical about coming with the amount of bad reviews, we checked in Thursday 29th January and the staff was helpful and friendly, we struggled to find the room which was our own fault we did multiple laps of the hotel, we found it was clean , we we just a little outdated but nothing bad at all, the room itself was okay; they was a stain on the carpet , and the window didn’t open but other then that everything was okay, the hotel is in a good location close by to everything , and breakfast was okay we only went once but it was quiet a nice little area and all the staff we saw were friendly and nice, we checked out Saturday - we had an amazing stay and we would definitely come back and we reccomend this hotel! Do not listen to all the bad reviews we was really impressed , such good value for the money!

Make sure to look on google maps at the area it’s in. Also my room had mold and water damage

the breakfast room was full of rats under the food tables and we saw many come out for food when food was dropped on the floor everyday. room was also cold and heating wouldn’t go on any higher. bathroom small and no ventilation and evertime you shower there would be a puddle on the floor

Simple, but functional room

Comfortable enough. Clean enough. Very serviceable 2-3 star hotel. No extras, long queues for check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check out. Could use additional sound proofing. Stairs everywhere, with lifts but only in some places. Not an issue for me to take 5-6 stairs but those with mobility issues should be wary.

The hoel could do with a bit of modernisation, particuarly the radiators. Thankfully the noise of the radiators drowned out most of the sound of some very inconsiderate guests banging on someones door very loudly at 2am. Breakfast was good but some scrambled eggs wouldnt go a miss! Be advised parking is limited and quite expensive
