Beautiful view if you stay in the lagoon view suite. The food at the restaurant was great, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The only bad thing was the swimming pool. It was full of algae. It needs a good cleaning

Very slow front desk service and poor response to guest needs. The room lacked basic supplies such as bottled water and face towels, and repeated calls to request them were unsuccessful. English communication and service efficiency need improvement. Check-in also took much longer than expected. I would only stay here again if necessary for a nearby family gathering.
