My room was nice, and the location is great, but the staff is the best part. I had a luggage related emergency, and Yousef at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and took extra care to ensure my safety as a solo female traveler. I highly appreciate his excellent service.

Schönes Appartement, sauber und gemütlich.
Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant,sowie an der Rezeption sehr freundlich zuvorkommend ind hilfsbereit. Auf dem Dach des Hotels ist ein Restaurant mit Terasse. Von dort hat man reinen traumhaften Blick über den Bosporus auf Istanbul und kann sehr lecker dort Essen.
Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr belebten Straße, bei unserem Aufenthalt war eine Baustelle,direkt am Nachbarhaus,was leider zu viel Baulärm führte. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Appartement wieder buchen.

The room was spotless and very spacious. We could relax, feeling very much at home. Staff is extremely friendly. We felt very much taken care of. There is also a roof top restaurant where you have a view over the old city, and public transport (tram) is almost at the doorstep. The reception is always there with advice - great, beautiful hotel.

The room was spotless with lots of amenities. The staff were constantly checking in to make sure everything was great about my stay. Their knowledge on the city for tourists was excellent and they even gave me tips on how to navigate the city. They also have a rooftop restaurant which a really great view.
They really went above and beyond.

Below average This property was hugely disappointing. Very dirty bathroom, bed was extremely uncomfortable and generally extremely basic.
