Fantastic stay with a family of four. Beds are are queen sized. Bedding was clean and comfortable but a little on the firm side. Bathroom was huge. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot food, fresh seasonal fruits and salad. Loved the coffee/espresso machine. Staff was super nice and front desk spoke English. Location is very central to tourist spots and in between two subway stations. I would definitely come back and stay on my next trip to Taipei.

Below average
It smells moldy as soon as stepped into the room. Guess it's from the carpet. A staff showed a couple of other rooms after complaint, but they smell the same. During the stay, it was blackout all of sudden at one night. The staff on duty came and said it couldn't be fixed, so need to change room. Had to moved two luggage and all other stuff with help of a flashlight to a room at a different floor. Later, found the safe couldn't be locked in the new room.
