Nice hotel, in a nice area with polite staff. Only problem is the breakfast. You pay for an executive room on the 38th floor and they make you have breakfast in an executive lounge that doesn't even have the basics to consider breakfast good. Those who pay less money for rooms on the lower floors receive a much better breakfast in a hall on the 25th floor. Unacceptable hotel policy...

nice hotel and staff. breakfast is ok but that’s something specific for all Japan hotels. hotel is near Ginza and walking from all subway and train lines so easy to get in from airport and roam around. good for high end brand shopping at Ginza.

The hotel is beautiful but the front desk staff are a bit snobby especially the men. We inquired about sending our luggage to the airport and the man with the Chinese accent immediately goes “you have to book it yourself” in a sassy tone of voice. Our room was cleaned everyday which I liked. The location is a bit of a walk from Ginza’s shops as well….

Early check in was given(earlier train from Sendai). Clean, breakfast was good(especially the Japanese one on Saturday). Very helpful with frontdesk, with baggage sale and arrangement to send luggages to NaritaT1. Third time staying in this hotel, convenient subway & to both airports. Good views either seeing the park or Tokyo tower. Our stay this time: 11/06-11/09/2024, will stay again.
