Problem - washer was broken and zero effort made to fix during our stay via communication with panhandle getaway vacations - Otherwise we loved everything about the property and would stay again . Location , cleanliness , loved the layout - we stayed on 1st floor so we didn’t have to deal with elevators - parking garage was easy access / close walk - all staff we encountered were very friendly !

Clean room, wonderful staff, great ocean view, long wait at elevators. I was on the 12th floor so stairs were not really an option. I'd stay again.

The beach view was perfect. The room was beautiful. Only about half the elevators worked which was not a huge deal most of the time. Our final day, the only elevator in the garage was down which was kind of a pain. The only big complaint I have is that the outdoor pools were not heated and were too cold for us to enjoy.
