The location is about an 8 min walk from the Shinagawa station. We booked the King bed on the club floor with club lounge access. Rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean! They provide free items in the room such as hair ties, shower caps, razors, etc. They also offer 2 bottles of water in the room for free. The stuff in the mini bar fridge is not free just FYI. But you can use the fridge to store things. They have access to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps but you do need to login to an account. The club lounge experience was lovely! They offer alcohol (beer & hard liquor), sodas, teas, coffees, and water for beverages. They offer breakfast from 7-10am and offer snacks throughout the day until they close at 9pm (or 10pm on weekends). They have a 7-Eleven in the lobby area and a few restaurants in the hotel as well. The club lounge access also provides you access to the lounge at their sister hotel next door at Grand Prince Shin Takanawa. Highly recommend booking!
