Overall, a good stay, but the customer service could be improved.
The hotel was in a great location, the rooms were clean, and overall we had a good stay. However, I was disappointed with the level of consideration from some of the staff, especially as we were travelling with parents over 65.
We arrived at around 1:50 PM, but were required to wait until the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understand the hotel’s check-in policy, a little flexibility or consideration would have been appreciated, particularly for elderly guests.
We also booked 5 rooms for a group of 10 people and were told that we could check out as late as 1:00 PM. However, when we requested this, the staff did not seem very accommodating, which was disappointing given the size of our booking.
Overall, the hotel itself was good, but the customer service could be more welcoming, flexible, and considerate of guests’ circumstances.

I had a fantastic experience staying at The Cityview. Everything from the location to the service made for a smooth and enjoyable visit.
Unbeatable Location: Located right in the heart of Yau Ma Tei, it's just a few minutes' walk from the MTR station. Getting around Hong Kong couldn't be easier, with plenty of shops, convenience stores, and local dining options right at your doorstep.
Clean & Comfortable: The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
Friendly Service: The staff were polite, helpful, and efficient during check-in and check-out.
Great Overall Value: Excellent quality and convenience for the price.
I would definitely recommend The Cityview to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-located stay in Hong Kong!

service: Very nice staffs, from receptiin, resraurant, room service and call center, they did a good job in making clients comfortable
hotel location: sorrounded by good restaurants and markets. saves us a lot from booking rides or taking bus because everything is in walking distance.
