Friendly & helpful check-in experience. Room & facilities were very good but a few signs of wear & tear were beginning to show. In our room, (1101). Eg wear on the headboard a few marks on the carpet

Hard to access due to Birmingham tram going by that stops taxis from stopping in front of this location...if you have any volume of luggage forget this place.
