Positives Nearby shops With planning local restaurants off the main roads were superb food and value. Central area Negatives No bar of any use or evening restaurant Rooms are spread out in weird areas. Eg one by reception desk. Two by the bar area. One by the breakfast area. Not conducive with a traditional hotel Wouldn’t recommend the hotel but locality to heroes square and downtown area central

Clean room and public areas. Friendly and helpful staff; appreciated the sparkling wine left in the room on NYE. Room shower was great, too. Would stay again.

Not in the centre of town, but easily commutable. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

The hotel is clean and staff is super friendly. But there is zero ventilation. With 4 people in a small room and no air or vent in the bathroom and no window to open, it was super stuffy especially at night. It’s a high tech system that relies on air filters. But it does not work. It’s a shame. Because other than that it was a nice place

I cannot believe the way the manager acted when they gave me a room next to the reception desk and then tried to tell me im the only person in 6 years to complain about the noise. There are stairs next to it and it was soo loud the next morning after the concert that I had to switch hotels. The manager kept trying to defend the noise. It was strange. I don't care if it was 7am or when it woke up again at 9am, there is no reason to have guest that close to the reception desk! Just look at the picture I posted!
