Beautiful clean hotel didn't hear a sound at night time slept so well. The view from our bedroom window was amazing we were on the 16th floor it was amazing. The 23rd floor is the cocktail bar it was so lovely and clean the views spectacular. An amazing hotel.

A slightly bumpy start as no towels in the room and the safe was locked. All sorted out very quickly after we arrived though. Staff could not have been more helpful when we reported the problem. You feel well looked after.
Lovely room, well appointed, with a great view east towards the port, and well located for situated for getting about, just five minutes walk from City Hall and shopping areas and 20 minutes walk from Ormeau Park (where I was off to see the Cure the first night we were there) and port if you want to check out the Titanic exhibitions etc.
Some great restaurants within a few minutes walk (the Shed Grill and Seafood restaurant around the corner does a great roast dinner) and the top floor restaurant and bar have great views across the city. Room service food on the pricey side but that is perhaps to be expected.

Below averageSolo stay
Delux DOUBLE room: terrible lighting, safe inaccessible, bathroom supplied with only one hand towel, no towelling bath-mat, no shower cap, nil else. MINIMAL hospitality tray. Dismal. The “view” was a glimpse past neighbouring buidings. Never again.

GoodStayed with partner
Poor check in experience. Went to room and clearly it wasn’t ready. No water in the room and the cleaner just walked in without knocking to give us towels.
As for the morning… well the hoover was going in the corridor at 7.30 and then the concierge service was knocking loudly on the door to wake someone (they have phones in the room).
The queue for getting into breakfast takes ages… standing for 20 mins? Madness
Normally a solid hotel but hard to justify returning
