Great resort. Everything was clean, nice rooms, and staff was kind. The food was not awful but was not the best. Make sure to book dinner reservations In advance.

Nos encantó el que haya transportación 24 horas, el cuarto divino. No nos gustó el horario de los helados, demasiado tarde, niños sentados en la barra de alcohol, no cuentan con otro lugar de buffet, el hotel enorme. Nunca supimos de la discoteca y el parque acuático. No hubo tocineta en el desayuno.

El lugar estaba limpio,pero la pintura de la estructura estaba descuidada . La comida del bufet buena aunque no varió, y casi nunca habían platos en el bufet . Fue difícil reservar en los restaurantes solo pude cenar 2 días de los 4 que estuve.No me agradó en la manera que los supervisores tratan los empleados delante de los huéspedes . El ugar es muy tranquilo y las bebidas increíbles

Stayed with kids

Very clean property with great foliage. Beautiful buildings and beach area. Great walk through the mangroves. Nice pathways. Kids area was great for my son. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of animals to see at the resort: ducks, turtles, fish, iguanas, flamingoes, geese, peacocks and other birds as well. It also had a great coffee shop and ice cream store on site that was part of the all inclusive. Great family friendly resort with great service!

Clean room , service from staff was good. We didn’t get new clean towels after the lady was cleaning the room. Not enough towels for beach . No ladder in swimming pool. Buffet food was not great
