立地、設備の充実さ（冷蔵庫やエアコン等々）や、部屋の広さ（ベランダもある。）等々、とても満足しております。ひとつだけリクエストをすると、朝食も無料で美味しいのですが、沖縄感が無いかなぁ...と。そこだけ改善してもらえますと嬉しいかな。いずれにしても石垣に来たらベルハーモニーで宿泊しています。

全体に家庭的な雰囲気 朝食はワンプレートのおかず以外に小鉢もついて、お腹いっぱいになります 繁華街にあるので、飲食やバスターミナル等にも近くて 便利でした

角部屋で隣人の音もきにならず良かったです。なんせ一人で過ごすには広くてリラックス出来ました。ガウンもありがたいです。場所もどこへ行くにも便利な立地で最高です。朝食は食べてないのでわからないです。次回は朝食付きプランでと思いました。

とてもお部屋の大きい開放感のある気持ちの良い宿泊でした！少し歩けばもう繁華街。コンビニ、レストラン、商店街、お土産屋さんなどが近くにあり、立地は最高でした^_^こんな立地ですがホテルから騒音は聞こえないのでとても静かです

朝食が地元の食材もちりばめられていて、ボリュームも多くおいしかったです。建物に少々年季は入っている感じですが、お部屋はキッチン付きで広々、コスパはよろしいと思います。ランドリーは混んでいましたが無料でした。
全館喫煙とのことで1泊目のお部屋で具合が悪くなりましたが、 2泊目に消煙処理をしたお部屋に変えていただいて無事にあとの2泊しました。とても感じが良い対応でした。

Advertised as non smoking. The entire place smelled terrible. The air quality was so poor it made me ill. I needed to leave the balcony door always open and mostly not be there at all. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

Great The location was very convenient. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping arcade, bus terminal and ferry terminal. Room is big enough with small kitchen. There is rooftop jacuzzi bath but you need swimsuits to enjoy it!
