Great

Solo stay

I picked the place because of location next to Cairo museum and also price. let me add that it is not grand and not palace for sure, just a place to sleep. but it has basic services, quite nice rooms and good service, they want cash only for payments! breakfast was pretty boring and at least my bathroom solution was a bit strange! but location is excellent!

This property is a hidden gem. The price is very budget friendly. The room was very clean and the check in was easy. The guy who took my bags to my room was super friendly. The room we booked (two twin beds) was actually really big for a hotel, I enjoyed that. The location is very convenient and safe. One thing to note is city noises but if you bring ear plugs you barely notice it, it didn’t bother us with no ear plugs. AC was perfect and working!

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel, excellent staff, super friendly and clean room. This is a budget hotel so do not expect 5 star hotel but a great and safe location, located in the heart of Cairo, city has an excellent vibe close to the museum and about 40 min Uber ride to Giza which was only about $5 cad, will definitely come back

Relative to the price, this hotel was amazing. The the room had everything I needed, the location and service were great, and they provided lovely mango-scented soap. Other travellers may be interested to know that this hotel occupies the 6th and 7th floors of a larger building. The concierge is available 24/7, but if you want to enter the building late at night, the front door of the building will be locked. The concierge needs to let you in.

Only location matters if you chose this hotel, nothing else was remarkable or good enough from our point of view (definitely not clean). We were happy to have museum nearby and several typical options for eating, walking distance to Nil, etc. Good for visiting at a decent price.

Horrible facilities, broken down, filthy elevator. They call the 6th floor the "hotel" in this just nasty building. You have to be careful in the elevator when traveling with children because they may fall through, breakfast is bread, cheese, boiled egg and coffee. Room was dirty. Really bad experience. The only plus was the location. We did not leave because our stay was only 2 nights and we had excursions all day so we decided not to spend more money since we pre paid. Orbitz should eliminate this hotel!

I am a solo female traveler, and would not book this hotel again. The floors were dirty, and there was no soap (let alone other toiletries) in the bathroom. The WiFi is decent, and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, you can get much more for your money in other hotels in the city. This felt like one step up from a hostel.
