False advertisement. Most of the pictures on this listing are not of the hotel. Don’t been fooled into thinking this is a nice property. The rooms are ok for a decent night of sleep. But otherwise the hotel is not what it seems. We do like the neighborhood. Offers a nice glimpse of local life.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a self-service laundry room on the first floor and of course reliable Wi-Fi. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly friendly, spoke English, and were always happy to help with anything I needed. Their outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable. I also noticed that they have a delivery robot that can bring food right to your room. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff can be friendly. I guess they're intimidated when they can't speak English otherwise the translator helps the transaction don

My third trip to this hotel within six weeks. Perfect property for exploring Shanghai. Great transport links nearby, fantastic restaurants, and a really good local feel to the area.

All good

Great stay for families. The restaurant on property had delicious food options. Staff was warm and welcoming. Overall amazing experience!

Second stay at this property within 2 weeks. Fantastic location in Jing’An. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Shanghai. Both visits, the lovely staff have organised an early check in, and have been so helpful. The location is great for public transport, or for walking to local restaurants and bars. Also the Jade Buddah temple is only a 3/4 minute walk from the hotel. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Staffs are excellent, we enjoy the stay and the breakfast are good, will recommend and certainly will stay again if visiting Shanghai in the future.

The room is quite big for 3pax no cabinet for clothes to hung only hanger .. no tooth brush provided ,coffee in the concierge get 1 for you...tissue , toilet paper not available most of the time .. lastly HOLEY TOWEL is being served .. not AGAIN ....WERE NOT a beggar !!!

The shower was so strong and amazing, decent sized room and staff were excellent, very accommodating. The room I did get tho wasn’t two beds the same size, one was a double and the other was a single that moved around quite abit, other than the bed, there was no issues with the room. Fairly good experience. Staff helped me order what I needed almost every night! Very friendly
