Everything except refrigerator were OK. The empty refrigerator was running all the time even though temperature was set to highest, it generated loud noise.

Super awesome stay. The staff is friendly, helpful and gave us a free room upgrade. The view in the room is excellent. I would stay back again when I return to Shanghai.

We loved the place. Vivien and other staff members were always so kind to us and willing to help us whenever we had some extra favors. It's not too far from the downtown area and totally walkable yet still very cheaper than other hotels. I would def stay here again when I travel to Shanghai again. Thanks!
