環境乾淨惟因草木較多比較有蚊子，建議自待防蚊用品。 渡假村覺得最喜歡之處是園區內環境寬敞，植物茂盛，尤其是蝴蝶真的很多，讓人很驚艷，渡假村的服務人員跟老闆娘都很和善，尤其是老闆家族的人都很親切，為人至樸純真也很熱情，很讓人暖心，而住宿之小木屋內環境則尚可。

其他都還可以，就是隔壁房太晚入住太吵了，這邊吵完，換另一邊，隔音不太好。

員工熱情有禮，但整個園區比較像是早期興盛 後期沒落的度假村 入住房間冰箱壞掉 小木屋內房間有霉味 房間地上也有小蟲子 但熱水強勁 洗澡算舒服

房間雖然老舊但是維持地很好，而且清潔非常乾淨!屋內就有飲水機很方便，床跟枕頭都很舒適，唯一可惜的是隔音不好。附近有便利商店、加油站，上阿里山方便。
