Great

Deluxe Mountain view with Balcony · 2 Adults · 1 Nights

The receptionists and restaurant staff were accommodating and friendly. I also love the minimalist concept of the hotel, however, some areas looked empty it could have looked better if some empty spaces have a plant or a decoration, and there are some spots that are not well-cleaned and maintained (especially the room's bathroom tiles). And the balcony mountain view from our room is not that good as the metal roof quitely blocked our view, but it was not a big deal as we can access the viewing deck of the restaurant from our room and the other viewing points are few minutes walk from the hotel. breakfast: it was good! it's a 3.5 out of 5! cleanliness: 2.5/5 hotel location: 3/5 service: 4.5/5

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Yen Hotel! The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location was great, and the view was absolutely dreamy and definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The breakfasts were also delicious. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.❤️

We had a great stay. It was a walking distance to the sun plaza station and the restaurants. There's a view of the furnicular train in our room. Free breakfast are delicious. We also dined in the Mam Restaurant, delicious 👍 The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and amazing. We would definitely go back here when we go to Sapa.
