Wow Wow Wow! The hotel had 10.0 online ratings which I was skeptical of, but it was Absolutely a 10!!!!! Gorgeous, incredible staff, great location, exceptional breakfast and the nicest (& coolest during heatwave) rooms of all the 5* properties we stayed at in the last couple weeks throughout France & Italy. Sara at breakfast and Ivan at bars made us feel like family after a day! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic
Excellent location other than being a bit further down from San Marco. Breakfast was excellent and the bar on top has a great view, intimate and an extensive menu. Great staff.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff are very friendly and helpful Hotel is beautiful. Room is well appointed with little details that make you feel special. Location is great, 10 min to San Marco, 2 minutes to water taxi station, 5 minutes to via Garibaldi (for restaurant options)-- and yet quiet enough for a restful evening. Highly recommend!

Fantastic
The room was very very comfortable and a nice size for 2 people. Everything is brand new. They have Merano Glass chandeliers and lights and original sketches and designs all over the hotel. It’s absolutely stunning. The location is perfect for traveling around by boat or by foot. The staff was always kind and attentive! Very comfortable and cozy. I am not sure how the other rooms are set up but the deluxe room has a bathroom shower with a window that you can see through when you’re on the other side. It’s something to think about do you’re traveling with kids. I was with my husband so it was ok.
