staff are nice. location is good. big room. clean room with cold aircon. i will rate 10/10. will definitely come back!

It’s a nice hotel with ample parking, spacious rooms but a little dated. No water dispensers for the convenience of guests needing drinking water at once. The staff is so friendly and nice and always there to assist you.

Alona by jpark is so nice and full of activities like fire dancing every night and nearest food court.

Great stay at JPark Resort—good food at reasonable prices, friendly staff, and clean rooms with complete amenities. Loved the thick slippers and robe. Excellent customer service for helping return my forgotten charger, especially thanks to Earl.

Facilities are great with nice pools with life guards. Our room was large and spacious with complete amenities. There was hot shower and the water pressure was good on the 1st floor. We arrived very early and as expected the rooms weren't available yet, however we were able to leave our luggage and use the pools. They provided pool and beach towels. We were given welcome drinks at the bar. The staff at the front desk did a brilliant job in checking us in as soon as our rooms were available. The entire resort is beautiful and clean. Great beachfront location. Breakfast at the Abalone restaurant came with the rate and was ok. I personally would not pay 788 for it. The greatest credit goes to the staff who were so helpful, friendly, accommodating and provided great service. They'd stop and greet their guests with every opportunity they have. The only comment I have for improvement is our towels could have been changed and the rug cleaned during our stay. I'd still give 5 stars overall.

Nice hotel, beach front and delicious food in their restaurant, only that I'm not used to having no bidet😄 but overall it was a good stay.
