Okay naging experience namin after staying for 1 week. Accomodating yung mga staff, may canteen at laundry shop na sa building. May free drinking water rin sa hallway every floor. Downside lang is may mga maliliit na ipis pero I think out of control na ng management since madumi mga drainage sa Manila. Kudos for them sa paglagay ng mas maliliit na butas na screen sa cr para maminimize entry ng mga ipis.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) For my second stay, I booked a room on the 5th floor, and the experience was much better. The room felt newer, quieter, and much more comfortable. The biggest surprise was how incredibly spacious the room was—it was far larger than I expected for the price. Everything was clean, relaxing, and made my stay enjoyable. Excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose the 5th floor again on my next visit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) My first stay was good overall. I stayed in Room 401 on the 4th floor. The room was clean and comfortable, but the flooring seemed to amplify footsteps and movements, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and vice versa. Soundproofing could definitely be improved. Aside from that, the location was convenient, and the hotel offered good value for the price. I would still recommend it to travelers looking for an affordable place to stay.
