Exceptional stay—ideal for post-operation recovery! ​I had a brilliant stay at Cassia Rama 9 Bangkok. As a first-time visitor to Bangkok, the front desk team made me feel completely comfortable. A huge shoutout to Jack and Pat—along with the rest of the front desk staff—who were tremendously helpful and friendly. Their warm hospitality meant so much during my recovery after an operation at nearby Bangkok Hospital. ​Special thanks also to Xiao from housekeeping, who took such great care of my room—his attentiveness made a huge difference while recovering. ​The hotel itself is fantastic. I loved the loft room layout, and the amenities were top-notch. Having a 24/7 Lawson convenience store and food options downstairs was super convenient. ​There's genuinely nothing to complain about. If I visit Bangkok again, I would most certainly choose to stay here!

went here when i stayed in bangkok. not the best place to stay since it’s quite far from touristy places. i think this is more like serviced apartments rather than hotel. the room was not that clean, we found hair tangled in the shower, and the bathroom smells like it hasnt been opened for a long time so i had to buy air freshener. and then they didnt give us coffee capsules at first until i asked the receptionist. and the next day they didnt give us coffee capsules again until the day we checked out. why do we have to ask for it? the room is equipped with kitchen and the utensils it was fun. one day we ran out of soap and the housekeeper didnt refill it when they clean up the room, so we had to ask them to come to refill it when we were so tired coming home after a long day.

Location is a bit tricky because it is new area, not many taxi drivers know it and there is no walkways or nearby public transport. Hotel and facilities are nice but still looks like it is under construction in a lot of areas. They clean your room every day but for example the shower and other facilities you can see it haven't been deep cleaned in many years. Shower had mold in it, the table tops were just either worn or just super dirty etc.

it was a spectacular room. the room was so huge and with high ceiling. very condo like but done in a very tasteful way. it has all amenities like a full functioning kitchen and the room upstairs was very spacious. all in all this was a good find. only downside is that there is no MRT yet near the hotel as it is still under construction. the hotel offered free shuttle service to the mall which is near the phra ram 9 MRT.
