They have friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, just to add maybe play area for kids as for some customers that might have kids with them,. Over all, good experience and highly recommended. Family of 5

Hotel was nice. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Just noticed they dont provide toothbrush & toothpaste. Also the first hotel I've booked that charges 500 for stains on the bed when laundry and cleaning costs should already be covered in the bill.

My stay was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and made me feel welcome. I was impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. Thank you for your outstanding service. The location was also excellent, just a short 10-minute walk from SM City Lipa. For a quicker route, I recommend taking the shortcut through Grand Terminal.
