Amazing hotel

This place is a complete scam. I booked through Expedia as pay at check-in, yet the hotel illegally charged my card for all 7 nights upfront. After only 2 nights, I was forced to leave due to constant, unbearable noise 24/7 (including 2–3 AM), an extremely poor and unsafe location, shockingly bad service, and unprofessional, rude reception staff with zero communication skills. Despite staying only 2 nights, they refused to refund the remaining 5 nights. This is straight-up fraud and money grabbing, not hospitality. Instead of stealing from guests, this hotel should focus on honesty and basic service quality. Stay away unless you want to lose your money

Great hotel in Ajman , clean and in a good neighborhood

this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very spacious and elegant. Excellent customer service, excellent management, great fitness facility, Amazing Spa. We had breakfast here and it was outstanding. There’s a Lebanese and Turkish restaurant right across the street and the food was super delicious. They are also plenty of nightclubs in the area. The location is great and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ajman.

Amazing with the room and amenities and support from the Hotel employees

It is by far the best hotel in the area, it is also the most expensive;as such, the guest’s expectation ought to be fulfilled: clean and comfortable room, quiet, non-smoking (in my case) and great facilities. Radisson failed to fulfill with a quiet room (only with connecting door and we all know what that leads to: undesirable noises from neighbors) and smoke coming from the neighbors. The property is known for being adjacent to very noisy night clubs so the only rooms that can be away from outside noise are the ones from opposite wing of the clubs. Fair enough, for solo traveler or couple, the only available option they gave us in the quiet wing were with connecting doors. So we knew we were going to be hammered (noise wise) either by the clubs or by the neighbor. We took the gamble in hopes the neighbor would be quiet. We were wrong. The neighbor arrived at 3:00am, made loud noises and also started smoking!! For the price i paid, i consider unadmisible that one needs to bet in order to have the minimum elements a hotel should provide. I make the clarification we checked in at 3:00pm (normal standard check in time), but the lobby staff told us “… sorry, had you checked in earlier, i would have given you more room options” i will never go back to this hotel. Great facilities, yes, clean, but will not pay 200 usd for another miserable night
