Great

Deluxe room（Sea View, Balcony, Terrace, With Window） · 2 Adults · 3 Nights

Although our hotel room has an ample sea-view however despite our booking condition and subsequent request reception allocated our room on lower floor; this happens may be due to the fact that Bella Villa Metro hotel does not have its own management and reception counter and all these matters are handling by adjacent "Best Bela Hotel". In fact we have to visit adjacent hotel for our check-in & check-out. Overall room was good but hotel itself including its management is not in good shape.
