Solo stay

The shuttle service was not working , despite me coming on the announced timing the bus did not come , front desk kept calling humans was not responding and no manager to talk too bad experience and waste of time

Everything was excellent. I wish there was a shuttle service to Al Masjid-e-Nabawi. Even if it’s 2-3 times a day.

We had a wonderful stay at Hafwa Apartment. The room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming. I also appreciated the great amenities and smooth check-in experience. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend it to others. 🌟 Close to all services and easy to be reached , front of one of the biggest malls in Madinah 😘

Staff were nice, hotel room and lobby spotless, the out door seating area next to the lonby was sgunning, especially at night. Didn't manage to visit the mall opposite unfortunately byt groceries were right next-door.
