Our stay at Colton Point was wonderful. Our room was clean and we felt safe. The pond out back was a nice perk and we enjoyed the sunset from our paddleboards on the water! (The frogs enjoyed our company as well.) The host was especially helpful with check-in information. Rt 6 is a major road in that area so we did experience the noise from all the trucks back-and-forth, but it did not take away from our fun. We were able to sit out front for several hours one night, chatting and it wasn't disruptive at all.

After a little bit of confusion about the room, everything went very smoothly. The staff was very nice and the room very clean. The room was basic but nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. There was no microwave, fridge or coffee pot in my room, but breakfast is available downstairs for an additional charge. I had the breakfast and it was good. There is parking on site. Would stay there again.

The room was clean; it’s in a very noisy area and the room itself was very small. It also smelled old and musty. We had a 2 night stay booked and left after 1 and stayed somewhere else.

Our stay was a base for us exploring Wellsboro, Colten Point has a great 1950’s vibe. The room was very nice. It’s not a hotel but it’s not expected to be. It was for the experience, the look on my wife’s face when she got the room key out of the lockbox and it had the room number on the fob was priceless
Highly recommended if this is the type of vibe your looking for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
