The location is very convenient with easy access to public transportation. The environment is clean and well maintained. The hotel also provides two types of pillows, which allowed me to fully relax and rest comfortably after returning each day.

The room was small but exceptionally clean! The air conditioning was wonderfully cold, and I loved being able to dim the lights. The location was also great. I loved everything about this hotel! ♥️

This was our first APA hotel. It was very efficient in layout. We only had travel backpacks and the space worked for us.
While there is not daily housekeeping, every afternoon we received a new set of towels and certain toiletries. We were also thankful to have access to self-service laundry (2 washers, 2 dryers) in lobby. The television has a menu to see the availability of the laundry machines (often in use during the evening).
We thought the location between Akihabara and Ueno (JR Yamanote Line stations) was great. There is a Don Quijote across the street and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We opted out of breakfast because we are happy to grab an egg salad sandwich for breakfast at 7-11!
The staff had varying levels of English. They assisted us with the Yamato Luggage transport. Every front desk clerk was very helpful and polite.
