The view is amazing if mountain view room is chosen. breakfast: Limited choices. Owner will text you the night before. But it will be delivered to your room in the morning. hotel location: accessible to attractions, but do note it is located in a downslope alley. Climbing of stairs is unavoidable. No lift available within the premises too. In short, it is a budget hotel that comes with an amazing view, provided you selected the right room. Probably book early as those rooms are limited in number. Manage your expection as it is a budget hotel, so don't expect facilities and standards of a high end resort. Reception is not manned, and communication is mostly done through WhatsApp. The rooms are clean enough but you can still find strands of hairs around, leaky tap etc. Manageable for a couple of nights stay. The check-in is strictly after 2pm, but they provide a room where you can rest, wash up and leave your luggage if you arrive early.

THE BESTTT! The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Take note that the location is kinda stiff because you need to go downstairs to enter the hotel. but the mountain view are the best!

The owner was so responsive and helpful. The location is easy access to all the things you wanted to explore in sapa. And the view is breathaking.

cleanliness: hotel location:

best Mountain View from our room and most accommodating owners ..thank u for the wonderful stay and for the free room upon early check out

such a wonderful experience with the best Mountain View.. as for the owner and the management they were very approachable and considerate.. they even gave us free room to leave our luggage when we checked out early

the room we booked was clean and wide. def. comfortable. although we were not aware that it was down in an alley, it is okay as the hotel helped us in getting our baggages up and down the road. hotel staff were friendly and very accomodating. Recommend.😊

We had a great stay here! Literally a hidden gem after the stairs 🫶😁 Love the view and the staff are very accommodating! plus points on the free breakfast delivered to our room.

The stairs going to the hotel from the main street were a struggle, especially we were bringing a luggage. But fortunately, their staff was very accommodating and helpful that they helped us bring our luggage starting from the lobby to our room when we checked in, until out to the street when we checked out. Reception was very responsive and helpful. Hot water of the shower was a little bit tricky to figure out. The AC was also a little bit tricky to figure out. The view of our room was great! The bed also feels nice.

Highly recommended hotel in Sapa, Vietnam! Thank you for being so responsive to all our queries and concerns. The location is perfect—right beside Sun Plaza and very close to the town center. Clean rooms and very friendly staff made our stay even more comfortable. 💛
