Check-in was confusing since no one at desk and no contact info provided. Others arriving later had same problem. Rooms all need good airing out to clear mouldy smell. Construction on back of property includes hole in shower wall on our room. Wifi was decent.

Hôtel au-dessus d'un style café-bar calme, en haut de la montée de la ville. Les restaurants et spas se trouvent chacun à 1 min à pied et le marché artisanal à près de 5 min. La station de bus pour le Machu Pichu se trouve à moins de 10 min et la station de train à moins de 15 min à pied. Hôtel silencieux... il n'y avait pas de personnel d'hôtel durant tout le séjour, à part une enfant pour notre accueil. Personne qui a répondu au numéro de téléphone affiché sur le mur. J'ai eu une réponse tardive sur Expedia pour obtenir un check-out tardif, sinon je ne peux pas noter le service client. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable pour notre séjour.

[DO NOT BOOK THIS] This is a SCAM!!! The hostel is already shut down. When I arrive at the hotel, there is no hostel staff at the reception. The staff in the coffee shop (located on the 1st floor) do not know anything about the hostel (located on the 2nd and 3rd floor). All the rooms are empty, and all the windows are open. Tried to call the phone number on the wall. No one picked up the call. Wi-Fi Code not working. I booked through Expedia. Expedia Chatbot are not helping or connecting me with a human agent for assistance. I spent an extra cost to book another hostel nearby. Expedia said the booking is completed (but I did not check in at all) and Expedia refused to refund. I don't think Expedia is doing any verification on their accommodation partner. This is definitely a scam. A very big scam!

The room was spacious and bright, very clean. The only downside is they didn't have a hairdryer available, not a big deal but would have been nice since the weather was cool.

Very comfy and cute set up, rooms, and courtyard! Great location in terms of accessibility to food, drinks, shops, restaurants, cafes, public transport! Quite noisy until about 11pm at night, though - not in the property itself, but coming from celebrations in the main Plaza of Ollantaytambo. Good Shower - one of best I had in Peru!!
