Stayed with friends

We had a nice stay, but expectacions was higher. Rooms a bit outdated, but still nice. In restaurant we ordered a bit special dishes, but all came mixed up, but they corrected it third time. All together, not a bad stay, just few things could be made better. We are still happy with the stay

The hotel is in the heart of Arusha city center. Great location and walking distances to cafe shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very limited, but they can do better than what they offer. Arusha has plenty of fresh food coming from the farms everyday I don’t see why they shouldn’t take advantage of that. The only one thing that I thought was outrageous was room service. They charge $12 for room service and if you bring any food in your room from outside they charge $10 cleaning charges. For this is not acceptable if you are playing $140-$150 per night.

As of 03/15/26 Tanzania has been experiencing severe flooding. Unfortunately the hotel did not cancel my booking and I was charged over $400 for a hotel I did not stay at. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, BEWARE

My husband and I stayed here for a night before starting our safari and it was the wonderful reset that we needed. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very spacious. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant on the roof and the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The hotel is also in a great location and convenient. It's walking distance to the Tanzanite Experience and the Masai Market - which we checked out. Overall, this hotel was a great value and we felt very well taken care of.

The Sanna Boutique Hotel is an oasis in the middle of hustling, bustling Arusha! Once inside, everything is wonderful and calm! The staff is outstanding, always smiling and helpful. They can answer any questions and get you a safe taxi, etc. The rooms are spotless , modern and beautiful. All you could ask for in amenities! The food is delicious and their service is exceptional. We basically ate all our meals there rather than try to find something else. Their menu should satisfy most people and I am sure if you wanted something special, they could accommodate you. Highly recommend the Sanna Boutique if you are in Arusha!

Our room was very spacious,clean and quiet. Service was as excellent on the rooftop bar and restaurant which was also a great spot to sit and have a cocktail. Breakfast and dinner were excellent also and the manager, Prince, was always on hand with information, recommendations and a friendly chat. We fancied a swim one afternoon and the front desk arranged a taxi to take us to a sister hotel with a pool set within amazing gardens. Thank you Prince for all your help, we hope to come back one day!
