Excellent hotel and breakfast. Staff are friendly and distance from Haram is perfect. Rooms are spacious and the inclusive breakfast is amazing and varied every day. Only drawback- no gym, although it states on website, but apart from that , service, quality, food and value is excellent.

Below average Front desk manager was horrible. Extremely rude. Said he didn’t have our reservation and to call Expedia. This went on for an hour.
He also said the WhatsApp number that reached out to us about our reservation welcoming to our hotel wasn’t the hotel’s, which is an outright lie because when I called it the reservation department picked up.
I went up to reservation department and they fixed it / had an answer within 30 seconds.

Stayed there for 4 nights and had a very comfortably stay at the hotel.
All staff members are very friendly and super helpful. I booked three rooms with them and requested to have them next to each other. They ensured it, which was extremely helpful.
They were also super helpful when part of our elderly group members had to stay longer and required unplanned late check out due to flight delay. They facilitated them to the best demonstrting importance of customer care.
Thank you and I will return to this hotel

The check-in was smooth and welcoming upon arrival. We experienced some noise due to maintenance work, but the issue was handled quickly and professionally by Guest Relations, especially Ms. Amani, who went above and beyond. She offered luxurious Saudi hospitality, arranged a room upgrade to a quiet area away from the noise, and kindly provided a late check-out, which made our stay much more comfortable.
The furniture may feel slightly dated.
