Executive Suite with Balcony · 2 Adults · 2 Nights

This is a must-do when in Vietnam! Halong Bay is so beautiful and there is no better way to experience it than with a safe and pleasant cruise. Thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and how organized their system is. We initially booked Executive Room but ended up upgrading to Essence Suite to maximize the experience. Food onboard was good and we thoroughly enjoyed their amenities like the pool, gym, spa, and karaoke. They had activities scheduled each day which were optional, which is great for those who wanted to explore caves and beaches in Halong Bay. Would definitely recommend this experience to friends and family!

We had a very great stay with Grand Pioneers. Our server Ms. Ng. Phuong Thao has been very great, helpful, and attentive. Boat looks new, nice and clean. Amenities are complete. Food is great. It was a little bit cold during the lunch but other than that it was great. Schedule is a little bit tight for one night stay. If we have known we would stay for 2 days. We had a trip to Sungsot cave and the guide was really nice and helpful. One negative thing is that we booked the cruise from klook and their instruction for check in location is totally different from their official website. it's really confusing. we tried to contact the receptionist staff's WhatsApp the day before to help us figuring out where is the waiting longue and they could be a little bit more helpful with support... as they did not even read the message at all. But someone else "kinda" help us from email. we tried to contact klook's support as well. it's a lot of back and forth. But overall I would rate this cruise as 5 stars and we had very great time. The best thing we done in Vietnam.
