Stayed with family

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

Stayed with friends

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the food was very good! The sister properties next door are not adults only and had loud weddings two of the nights we stayed. It was not the quiet we expected. The staff goes above and beyond, and I have never experienced better service! The weddings were a bummer, we couldn’t sit on the balcony at night without hearing extremely loud music, going as late as 11 pm.

The entire stay was amazing as usual. Our 3rd time here was our favorite. We would move here if we could!!! Phenomenal staff including Jose the GM. Wonderful training. Incredible restaurants and top not pristine grounds and pools.
