There weren't as many options to eat in the casino area as past years as Tim Hortons and Mary Brown's have moved out. Other than that everything was fantastic. There were some issues with strikers outside blocking incoming traffic. We had to walk up and down from the Boulevard at least 3 times to get our ride-share or get back to the hotel.

Great

The property was very well maintained and clean. No complaints. The staff extended our checkout time. I have no complaints about the room. I did not like that there was no microwave in the room or available to the public. If you want a microwave you have to pay $15 per night. Rollaway beds are available for purchase for $30 per night but only if you have a room with one bed. The parking wasn't easy to find or the hotel check in area but eventually we got it. The casino area is just like any other casino.

We booked this hotel weeks prior to our visit. On the day of our visit there was a protest that wouldn’t allow us to even enter the hotel.

The hotel was gorgeous! But the security team are on strike so they blocked entrances and it took nearly 3 hours to house to enter.

Facility is very good. I left my necklace and bracelets on top of the bedside table. I called the front desk but I was told they didn’t find anything. I was hoping the housekeeper who cleaned the room when we checked out is honest enough to return them. They’re not that expensive but they’re gifts from my son and would really appreciate if you can return them.

Casino locked out security and they started protesting. Protestors delayed entry to the hotel for us for 3+ hrs. They then returned daily from noon till 10pm forcing us to be gone all day or rely on resort entertainment and expensive cuisine (neither of high quality).

Wasn’t notified about a strike till after I paid over $500 for a room. Took an hour waiting in line just to get on the property. Hotel it’s self was good. Wasn’t impressed being charged a resort fee with the strike and all. Casino wasn’t very good. Only one bar open, no wait staff to be seen, very poor choice of food for the two restaurants that were actually open. Only allowed one beverage every hour basically. For the price of everything was expecting a lot more
