We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. We arrived last minute late at night after having trouble with an Airbnb reservation nearby. The staff is so kind, the amenities/breakfast/restaurants are fantastic and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. The beach was so relaxing and to fall asleep hearing the water each night is worth the price alone. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Izu Hantou. We hope to be back soon!

Stayed with family

Travelled as a family, room clean and confortable but a bit dated, had everything we needed, exactly what expected. Enjoyed buffet breakfast numerous varied choices. Enjoyed beach, pool and onsen. Enjoyed 15 min walk into the little town nearby, very nice groceriy. Very pleasant stay! Thank you!

Facility itself was spotless clean, staff were very attentive and helpful speaks English. Pool and Onsen are well maintained too, perfect location close to other attractions. Breakfast selection was amazing you have to try it yourself.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, however they did want to upsell everyone on a bigger room. They tried with us and others I heard at check in. We were there second weekend of June, which is "off-season". This meant that the pool and 2 of the restaurants were closed. Only one restaurant and the onsens were available. This is a bummer because we booked it for the hotel because of the kids/teens. We went back and read the fine print on hotels.com and it does say it's closed. Just wish we would have seen that. They offered games to borrow so that helped to keep the kids busy. The area was also very quiet so it was hard to find a place to eat. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, but just a little outdated. The breakfast buffet included a large variety of Japanese and Western style breakfast. Everything was delicious! The onsen was a nice retreat after the day. Being next to the beach and tidepools was a plus. We did the nearby seven falls hike and that was definitely worth it. Very close to 2 different train stations and a free shuttle to the main one made travel easy.
