Staff was unfriendly and made us pay three deposits for three different Expedia reservations instead of using the same deposit.

Had to stay here for several weeks using several different rooms with several different Expedia reservations. Manager would not have a stay for more than 2 weeks in one room. Rooms were not clean. Linens had stains and burn holes. Manager took 2 security deposits for no reason $60 each instead of moving the one deposit to another room. Room price fluctuated during stay but service did not!

Sheets had burned spots and the bathroom door wasn’t closing right … they had to fixed it ppl smoking weed by the entrance door not for a family stay

Room was dirty, the A/c barely worked the bedding had burn holes in them and there was a rat trap placed in the corners which I took pictures of the gentleman at the desk was polite before telling me I had to pay a $60 deposit for I do not know what

Place smell like weed & cigarette I could not sleep the room next to me had people going in & out and was playing music all the way till 5am front desk did nothing Ac doesn’t work room is small The covers had burnt holes from the smoking and you have to put a $60 deposit down in cash no card!! Will not stay there ever again I want my money back cause I didn’t even sleep I ask for late check out $20 a hr all 11am check out

Solo stay

Hotel Royal Bronx could be so much better with a good cleaning. Simply sweeping and mopping the floor would work wonders for the place. Also, having clean towels and sheets would be greatly appreciated. The location is okay.
