The experience was quite distressing. The outdoor temperature approached 100 degrees with high humidity. After operating the air conditioner for over seven hours, the room's temperature remained at 95 degrees. My child and elderly parents were perspiring extensively. I politely requested assistance from the hotel staff. However, both the staff and the manager informed me that, being from the Western region, our physical bodies are naturally warmer than theirs. Despite several communications, no assistance or solutions were provided. My family and I endured significant discomfort. Subsequently, a fan was provided. The bathroom was filled with mold, and the room appeared to have been digitally altered in photographs. Other guests have also reported similar issues and have not received adequate support.

Beautiful clean resort with friendly staff. The whole resort truly has the Zen vibe. Complementary tai chi session with the master every morning. Walk to the Yulong River. Highly recommended and will return.

Wonderful hotel away from the hustle and bustle in Tuen, but close enough to walk to things. very well appointed rooms, beautiful views as advertised in the photos, with not blocked by other buildings, the beautiful gardens in front and access to the river walkways were a big plus, staff fluent in english, very good food in their hotel restaurant, (much better than offsite options). I spent three very relaxing days there during a busy first trip to China, doing a bit of tai chi. There were several other wellness and craft activities on offer.
