Stayed with kids

The apartment was well equipped, clean, spacious, in such a great location. There were even fantastic touches like a curated Spotify playlist and a speaker, info about local happenings, and a bottle of local wine and a little treat waiting for us at check in. I would stay here again for sure!

Apartment was clean, well decorated and equipped. Bathroom and common areas were big, but bedrooms are small. Helpful to have a clothes washer and dryer, but found that it took very long to dry. Would like more towels since we had a longer stay. Didn’t hear from host after following up about questions we had, but they accommodated an early check-in. Best part of the apartment is the location. In the flat neighborhood of Baixa so not too hilly for older parents and near all the neighborhoods and things to see.

The carpet in the apartment was dirty. There were flies that came into the apartment when we opened the windows from the light well off the bedroom. Maybe from trash storage? Bathroom showed wear and tear. Was expecting higher quality.

Property was nice but the lack of towels was strange. There were 2 of us staying at a 2 bedroom that accommodates 4 yet we would need to pay an up charge for a couple more towels.
