Below average Upon arrival, we were locked outside from over 30 minutes and not giving a quote to enter despite being told we were going to receive it the day before by email. I contacted the staff and went back-and-forth with them on the WhatsApp for nearly 20 minutes while they told me that I was at the wrong place and they did not have a reservation under my name. Finally, they were able to locate the reservation and they provided me with the code which is approximately took one hour from the point that we had arrived. Once we entered the room, we realize there was only one bed, so I had to reach out to them again, and then I was informed that they were going to provide us with a second room. This was not ideal because I have children and I was not going to leave my children in a room alone. On the last day while getting dressed, the housekeeper knocked on the door and then proceeded to come in the room while I was completely unclothed, which was a problem as well. The room was satisfactory. The only good part was the location. At checkout, we asked the staff if they can hold our luggage for approximately one hour while we waited for our Uber and was told to go out and locate a luggage service instead of helping accommodate us. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and if I had not been persistent I would’ve been out in the city, trying to locate another room, even though I had a reservation already. They were very quick to tell me I was in the wrong place

Fantastic The rate is based on the price you pay. This is an excellent option for a self-sufficient budget traveler. Excellent location to navigate the city via public transportation or by foot. Although services provided were remote, their instructions were thorough (almost) and my question was answered immediately. I highly recommend this accommodation for a short stay in Paris.
