This property was beach front with a great spot to swim, hang poolside or simply enjoy the views. The property was never crowded, its tucked away in a nice location away from heavy traffic. The staff was all so helpful, nice and welcoming.

La propiedad está en muy buenas condiciones , limpia , la playa la limpiaban del sargazo todos los días por lo que nos pudimos bañar , el servicio excelente , muy amables todos , lo único es que los restaurantes mejores cierran el fin de semana que es cuando entra los huéspedes la comida muy bien elaborada y excelente calidad , pienso volver me encantó

This resort used to be amazing but the change in chains has left it a shadow of its former self. “Welcome home”’greetings are so repugnant once you realize home is where you’re wallet is constantly assaulted.. .if you’re new to this resort you wouldn’t know how far it’s fallen.. profit optimization is king here.. Pretty sure they even took the large screen TV’s out of some rooms and put them in the cabanas that used to be free and cost $200 US a day to use. welcome to the new world people. The beach is still one of the best in the world (if your stay inside sargasm flow) and the food has actually improved.

I like the property but what i didnt like is that pools close at 6pm and beach acces also close around that time also did not like like the cristal bathroom and the fact that you have to turn all the lights on if only using the restroom there is no individual switches also pushy salesman for you to go see other properties and if you dont agree with them they all ways have stupid remarks something smart to say also when they do shows around the hotel you have to pay separtly to see them
