Accommodations were fine. It was clean and maintained but obviously on the older side. New tub surround in bathroom was nice. No air conditioning. Easy walk to all local amenities.

The room was clean. There could have been more coffee pods as we stayed three nights. The hotel common areas are dated but the room was better. There is no air conditioning-this needs to stand out more upon booking. It also is a little far from town. Overall the experience was good. I think it could be a little cheaper considering the above.

At $450.00+/night we were extremely disappointed in the hotel. The hotel room we stayed in was old, dark, smelly and dated. The decor is right out of the 1970’s with orange and brown curtains. The carpet is so old it is hard and crusty. The lamp shades weren’t attached to the lamps and fell off if you happened to brush up against them, some even had burn holes in them from the light bulb. There is absolutely no counter space in the bathrooms and very weak water pressure.

No kitchen

For our trip, two king suze bed was fantastic. The beds were clean and the bathroom was decent. The staffs responded quickly to my requests. The hotel parking lot was very helpful since I did not have to look for parking space for our car. Alsi, having washers and dryers in the hotel was helpful, though there was no place in the hotel to get Canadian loonies for the machines. The hotel looked old in structure and interior anesthetics. The hotel had no air conditioner; therefore, opened window to cool our room to sleep. The open window invited almost all the noises from outside of the hotel- car noise, people noise, and the train noise from the distance. Car and people noises were heard well into 2 am and made me to have very poor sleep. Because the hotel opened the lobby doors all day and evening, there were a lot of mosquitoes and gnats at the hotel lobby. These bugs were observed only in the lobby area. The room did not have a microwave and caused us minor inconveniences.

This is an older town with some new construction. This lodge is dated, you can smell it. The stove is probably 20 years old or more. There is no AC. They might have posted it but I sure missed it. The exercise room does not have any treadmills. For the price, it is fair. If you are going to stay, read the descriptions better.

The cafe is good. The place looks nice and clean and not that far to the main street. Only ine thing is no ramp to push luggage to the hotel. Wr have to go a few stairs steps to access to the entrance of hotel.
