We reserved a room with queen/king size bed but we believe the bed is a normal double size bed. The room is 2823 which is also the smallest one at the floor.

We chose this hotel because of its location, in the heart of Shinjuku. Our room was on the 33rd floor so we had a view of the skyline. And the hotel staff made our stay even better.

Hotel is about 5 mins walk to nearest train station - Shinjuku. Room is good size for Japan standard. There is also a airport bus drop off and pick up stop which is very convenient if timing works as the last bus departing is 620pm.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is a charm. it’s very convenient especially you have a Starbucks right downstairs. The size of the room is spacious even for triple beds. cleanliness is ok nothing really standout. one thing that quite disappointed me is the staffs. They are just alright comparing with another hotel I stayed in Ginza 2 months ago. They are not very knowledgeable & could not help much with directions which was very weird. I may stay here again for the location & the triple beds

Hotel was the ideal place to stay in Shinjuku, good central location. We had a high floor which gave a great view over the city. Room was modern and the breakfast included was excellent, good amenities included in the room. Would happily stay here again. Hotel offers luggage forwarding and storage.
