It’s a jungle paradise, with great staff too! The pool is at the perfect temperature, neither warm nor cold. The water was great in the sun or after dark. The restaurant serves great lunch and dinner food at great prices. The breakfast has several food options and includes coffee & juice for 220 baht. There’s also nighttime music at bar area with plentiful seating and a great view. Laundry on site too, washer & dryer. Everything was great for me because I rent a motorbike and like to get out and about. The only reason that someone may not love this place is because it is isolated from the rest of the world, and is quite the hilly walk if want to leave. But grab (taxi) is cheap, so not really a problem. *** LOVE LOVE LOVE this place ***

The hotel itself is lovely, but you do need to be reasonably active as it is on a hill. The main road is 0.75 miles away & the beach 1.25 miles. We walked down & got taxis back. (300baht and 200 if from very bottom of hill, so very expensive, but Phuket way dearer that other parts of Thailand. Room wasn't ready for 3pm. However the main issue was with the cleaner throwing stuff away that was on the cabinet by the TV side and not rubbish. One item was irreplaceable as not made anymore. A bottle that the lid is a wine glass, they threw the bottle away. We were later back that day as had been to Phuket old town and the receptionist said to come back in the morning after speaking to the cleaner. When I went back the next morning, a different receptionist basically called me a liar and that the cleaner didn't throw our stuff away. I said why would I throw my own item away that I've had for 10 years. The manager came over and half hearted apologised saying they have new cleaners and the rubbish had been collected already. Then tried to make a joke of it by saying, oh renew renew, new things! I'm like I can't renew it as not made any more and why would I need to if it hadn't been thrown away. I was disgusted at being called a liar, them not even being really sorry and you would like to think they might have waivered our small 800 baht drink bill as some condolence, an apology and something towards the cost of buying some kind of replacement, but nothing.

What a fantastic stay! My partner and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting Phuket for the first time and we had the best vacation ever. All the staff was extremely kind and helpful, they serve breakfast in the morning, and we loved the pool! If you want a quieter environment away from the beach noise, but still close enough to participate in it if you want - this is your place! My only tip would be to plan transportation to and from the hotel accordingly. Neither of us have the ability to drive a scooter bike, but its optional to rent one and definitely seems like the move if you're able! We walked to and from the beach everyday, but it is a little bit of a hike! We're in our late twenties and in reasonable shape so it was a nice challenge everyday, but still a challenge! Grab cars are a cheap and easy way to get around if you cant bike or walk very far. That's the only "downside" I can really think of. 10/10 will be staying here again.

We stayed in room no.8 for 4 nights, The mattress was like rock, wire sticking behind your legs when sitting on side, Not what you expected from 4* This was rectified with mattress toppers, Staff wee extremely helpful and extremely polite, breakfast was okay, a big range for different cultures. Bit away from town up a hill, about 30 minutes walk, we didn’t mind this at first, but after a couple of days our legs started to hurt, so we walked down and got tuk-tuk back for 250 baht( always had to barter). Over all good except for the mattress, which hope will changed.

Great location 3 mins drive in hills above karon. We had villa with pool but there is also a range of accommodation and a very nice pool by the restaurant. Staff are very nice and the place is very relaxing. There is a viewpoint bar which overlooks Karon and is great for a sundowner. We had a car and most other guests had scooters, you probably wouldn’t want to walk to and from town. Karon beach is probably the best we visited and Karon is definitely quieter and more laid back than kata and way more than patong. Happy to recommend this company.

This place is such a different vibe than the beach scene of Karon, just what I was looking for after many previous days in the sand and sun. The property is gorgeous, they have a bar over looking the ocean. It’s a distance up from a lot of things but they offer motor bike rentals. The food was good and a good price. The room was huge, tons of storage space. I highly recommend for a different type of vibe but close to the beach. Owners were on site often and very welcoming.

Our host Daniella and her staff have been so amazing with our stay. So pleasant and helpful. Even gave us a ride to the bus station when the taxi never showed and we faced missing our transport. Will definitely come back in future trips to phuket!
