Great place to stay. Super charming.

I didn't realize when I booked the hotel it was a refurbished boat. It was very cool. The staff was so very helpful in visiting the city and with directions. I enjoyed speaking with Gordon, Brian, Matt and Daniel. Matt advised me to take the tram to the airport and it was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel as it is unique.

Very nice rooms, quite for a city centre location and very close to good restaurants

First class staff and accommodation. Breakfast was continental style (and plenty of it). Parking was an unexpected additional charge (£10) however this did not detract from a lovely stay in a very comfortable room.

Lovely unusual stay. Great location and attentive staff. Rooms were clean and lovely decor. Bar area had delicious cocktails and a great vibe.

What a unique hotel, we loved it and would definitely stay again. The staff were all fantastic. The bar had great cocktails and the breakfast was just what you need! Location is great and the optional add on parking is very reasonable!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Ocean Mist. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly crew member who stored our bags while we explored. We had some fizz in our cabin which was pre-booked. Our cabin was spacious, comfortable and very thoughtfully decorated. We had everything we needed and more. The bar was fabulous and the cocktails were delicious. The smell of smoke coming up the stairs soon told us cocktails were being made! The views out on deck were great. There is a whole cabinet of games to borrow to play as well. The continental breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice with some different breads to try. The hotel is ideally located to explore Leith. We were a stone’s throw away from some fantastic restaurants and we enjoyed a Cretan taverna our first evening and a special fine dining experience the second evening. There are so many lovely cafes and shops nearby. Port of Leith distillery is a short stroll away and a must visit - the views alone are spectacular! The tram makes it very easy to get in and out of the city centre and to and from and airport. The Shore is the nearest stop to the hotel. What made the stay for us at Ocean Mist was the staff - they were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend the hotel to everyone. A very special stay!

Ocean Mist exceeded all expectations. The room was stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The location in Leith was perfect for exploring Edinburgh. Excellent facilities, great atmosphere, and outstanding service made this a memorable visit. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay at Ocean Mist, and the weather definately was an added bonus. The staff were curtious and polite. The room was good althou a little smaller than I had anticipated as we had previously stayed on another boat in the area and the room was bit bigger. The room had been well thought out and the bathroom was lovely. We enjoyed the the breakfast more than adequate and had a few drinks in the bar, which was also reasonably priced. We would definately stay here again and would recommend to others.
