Staff was lovely. Property was well maintained. The breakfast was confusing. Received lots of complementary stuff as hotel.com premium members, but there was no conditioner in the shower. Not a disaster, but had to run out and buy conditioner. Overall would recommend.

Solo stay

There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property.

Don’t choose breakfast option add to your booking. We add breakfast option for our booking that was big mistake. The restaurant beside the hotel provided breakfast but the food wasn’t fresh daily. Their bread and baked goods were old. They asked hotel guests pay €19 per person per day but their own post showed €15.90. Wasn’t fair at all.

Beautiful room full of lovely art.We received a welcome gift ie chocolates on arrival and complimentary beer and soft drinks in the fridge.Great location close to the trainstation 5min walk.Its about a 15 minute walk to Marian platz.All in all a great experience.Staff very friendly.
