Top notch experience from time of booking until after leaving. Highly responsive staff before check in even accommodating super early check in. Friendly, thorough, and helpful check in process. Staff always smiling. Room was excellent for our family of 4. Location can't be beat. Quiet area but easy walkable access to so much.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Smooth check in procedure. Very clean and well maintained property located conveniently next to major transit line (easy access to rail to both local airports and bullet train station). Nice neighborhood with great restaurants, shops, sites. Busy but not excessively loud or crazy - felt safe and suitable for family. Located very close to river which was great for night time walks.

Convenient location near street food and temple but not too close that it feels overwhelming. We had a wonderful view of the SkyTree. Could see trains from our window but wasn’t noisy at all! Would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!!!

Great hotel and location, staffs are amazing! If rooms toilet can be more ventilated or rooms with 2 bedroom can have 2 toilets when there are 2 bathrooms then the stay experience be lots better for experience for travelling family with teenagers.
