Loved the onsen and the staff was exceptional. I had forgotten my ipad at our last hotel and they helped contact them and set up to have it delivered to our hotel that we were staying at 4 days later. Very helpful!!

For the price point, Dormy Inn is unbeatable and will satisfy most of your desires. Comfort, luxury, and relaxation are the best qualities. It's the best to just pop open an ice cold drink after a hot spring bath!

Stayed with family

Nice, clean hotel next to JR Shinkansen station. It is a farther walk from the JR local train station. Hotel has an awesome Onsen and a delicious breakfast buffet (buffet workers not so friendly.) Front desk workers were very nice and professional. This is a pet friendly hotel, although when I booked through hotel.com, it said no pets allowed. My kids have pet fur allergies, so we steer clear of hotels that allow pets. Luckily, we did not experience problems, however I am disappointed in hotels.com for the misinformation. Not much places to eat around hotel. We picked up bentos at Family Mart across the street.

Fantastic

Generally very good experience during my stay. Courteous staff who responded promptly to customer's needs. Room keeping personnel were diligent and did a good job. Situated next to JR station and numerous restaurants. Convenient for travellers. Had mineral onsen, sauna and FREE noodle at night. What else would you expect at this price level?
